Carola Pozzoli

Dr. Carola Pozzoli earned her bachelor’s degree in Herbal Science and Technology (2016) and continued with her master’s degree in Food and Human Nutrition (2019) at the University of Milan. She worked at the Department of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences – Production, Territory, Agroenergy (University of Milan), in the Viticulture section, with a research grant on the project “Evaluation of sensors to monitor the ripening status of grapes and the water status of the crop”. He is currently in his second year PhD in Pharmacological, Experimental Biomolecular and Clinical Sciences at the Department of Pharmacological and Biomolecular Sciences ‘Rodolfo Paoletti’ (University of Milan) in the Laboratory of Pharmacognosy and its main topic concerns the enhancement of chestnut by-product as a source of bioactive compounds.
