Stefano Piazza, research fellow at the Laboratory of Pharmacognosy, presented a recent work on the Sumac (Rhus coriaria L.), traditionally used in the Middle East as a spice (fruit) and medicinal plant (fruit) in an oral presentation at the XXXI National Congress of Phytotherapy. and leaves).
