Graduation Day opened with a greeting from Rector Marina Brambilla, followed by remarks from Monica Di Luca, Vice Rector for Research and Technology Transfer, Luciano Pinotti, Delegate for Doctoral Programs, and Omar Ben Mariem, Representative of Doctoral Students.

The guest of honor was keynote speaker David Bogle, Professor Emeritus of Chemical Engineering at University College London, former Pro-Vice-Provost of the Doctoral School and Chair of the Doctoral Policy Group of the League of European Research Universities (LERU).

At the end of the event, the rector awarded the diplomas. Also on stage were the newly graduated research doctors Giulia Martinelli and Carola Pozzoli, members of the Laboratory of Pharmacognosy, who completed the 37th cycle of the Doctorate in Experimental and Clinical Biomolecular Pharmacological Sciences.
