{"id":591,"date":"2022-12-13T15:20:04","date_gmt":"2022-12-13T14:20:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/farmacognosia.unimi.it\/profilo\/marco-angarano\/"},"modified":"2025-11-12T09:56:02","modified_gmt":"2025-11-12T08:56:02","slug":"marco-angarano","status":"publish","type":"person","link":"https:\/\/farmacognosia.unimi.it\/en\/profilo\/marco-angarano\/","title":{"rendered":"Marco Angarano"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Marco Angarano graduated in <strong>Herbal Sciences and Technologies<\/strong> from the University of Milan and obtained the <strong>professional diploma of Phytopreparator<\/strong> recognized by the Lombardy Region. <strong>Freelance journalist<\/strong>, he collaborated with the information magazine on medicinal plants <em>Erboristeria Domani<\/em> and, subsequently, played the role of <strong>scientific coordinator<\/strong> at <em>Natural 1<\/em>, a monthly technical-scientific information magazine dedicated to phytotherapy, phytocosmetics andnutrizione. <strong>Author<\/strong> of <strong>numerous popular articles on herbal medicine and natural products<\/strong>, he has produced several <strong>monographs on medicinal plants<\/strong> for the medical information portal micuro.it (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.micuro.it\/enciclopedia\/pharma\">https:\/\/www.micuro.it\/enciclopedia\/pharma<\/a>); he currently collaborates with the editorial staff of the website of the magazine L&#8217;Erborista (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lerborista.it\">www.lerborista.i<\/a>t).<\/p>\n\n<p>Marco Angarano collaborates with the Laboratory of Pharmacognosy of the Department of Pharmacological and Biomolecular Sciences &#8220;Rodolfo Paoletti&#8221; (DiSFeB) of the University of Milan in the field of <strong>study and scientific dissemination of the biological activity of products of natural origin<\/strong>; he has been <strong>co-supervisor of 8 compilation theses<\/strong> and is co-author of <strong>5 articles in international journals<\/strong> with impact-factor.
